On October, 16, 2002, HRDE acquired this 8-unit apartment complex through a loan agreement with the West Virginia Housing Development Fund. Located in Terra Alta, West Virginia, this apartment complex contains four two-bedroom and four three-bedroom units, which receive rent subsidy. The cost of this project was $275,551. Recruitment to fill vacancies is underway.
