On October, 16, 2002, HRDE acquired this 8-unit apartment complex through a loan agreement with the West Virginia Housing Development Fund. Located in Salem, West Virginia, this apartment complex contains four two-bedroom and four three-bedroom units, which receive rent subsidy. The cost of this project was $215,122.
The interior of the apartments were renovated approximately one year prior to HRDE’s acquisition. Woodland Heights Unity Apartments is a positive addition to HRDE’s housing stock.
