Community Rehabilitation Program

With the success of HRDF’s programs to serve individuals with disabilities, HRDF applied and became certified as a Community Resource Provider under the WV Division of Rehabilitation Services (WV DRS) in 2009. The collaboration between HRDF and WV Division of Rehabilitation Services resulted in the development of the CRP Program to provide people with the services needed to successfully transition into employment and/or live independently.

The mission is to provide these services through a joint effort by both agencies, to best serve the individual. The CRP program operates mainly in Kanawha, Putnam, and Cabell counties. In 2011, the CRP program began to stand on its own with no grant funding.
